Welcome to Mr Mouse Design. These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases made through the Mr Mouse Design online shop.
By placing an order through this shop, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Products
Mr Mouse Design sells original artwork, handmade art pieces and books.
As many products are handmade or individually created, small variations in colour, shape, texture and appearance may occur. These variations are a natural part of handmade and artistic products and are not considered defects.
Colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen, device settings and display.
All artwork, illustrations, photographs, designs, written content and other creative material created by Mr Mouse Design remain the intellectual property of Georgia Brask unless otherwise stated.
Purchasing a product does not transfer copyright or reproduction rights to the buyer.
3. Prices and Payment
All prices are displayed in Danish kroner (DKK).
The price shown at the time of purchase is the price you will pay for the product.
Shipping costs are added separately and will be shown before you complete your purchase.
Payment must be completed through one of the available payment methods at checkout.
4. Ordering
When you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation by email.
Please check your order confirmation carefully. If you notice incorrect information, such as an incorrect delivery address, please contact me as soon as possible.
An order is considered accepted once an order confirmation has been sent, unless there is an obvious error in the product information or price.
5. Processing and Dispatch
Mr Mouse Design is a small, independently run creative business, and all orders are packed and prepared personally.
Dispatch times may vary. Orders are usually dispatched within approximately one week, but occasionally it may take longer depending on workload, holidays, product availability or other circumstances.
I always aim to send orders as soon as reasonably possible and appreciate your patience and understanding.
If you need your order by a specific date, please contact me before placing your order so I can confirm whether the requested timeframe is possible.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation where applicable.
6. Shipping
Mr Mouse Design currently ships to countries within the European Union.
Shipping costs and available delivery options are shown during checkout.
Delivery times depend on your location, selected shipping method and the postal service.
Mr Mouse Design is not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs authorities or circumstances outside my reasonable control. However, if your parcel is delayed or appears to be lost, please contact me and I will do my best to assist you.
For international orders, the customer is responsible for any customs duties, import taxes or other charges that may apply in the destination country.
7. Right of Withdrawal
When purchasing products online as a consumer within Denmark or the European Union, you generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal.
The withdrawal period begins on the day you receive your order.
If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must contact Mr Mouse Design clearly in writing within 14 days of receiving your product.
After notifying me that you wish to withdraw from the purchase, the product must generally be returned within 14 days.
The product must be returned in its original condition and properly packaged.
Unless otherwise agreed, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
You may inspect the product in the same way as you would in a physical shop. However, you may be responsible for any reduction in the product’s value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to determine its nature, characteristics and functionality.
Refunds will be processed in accordance with applicable Danish and EU consumer law.
8. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to certain products where an exception is provided by Danish and EU consumer law.
This may include products that are made specifically to the customer’s specifications or clearly personalised.
If a product is exempt from the right of withdrawal, this will be clearly stated before purchase.
9. Faulty or Damaged Products
All products are covered by applicable Danish consumer protection laws.
If your product arrives damaged or you believe it has a defect, please contact Mr Mouse Design as soon as possible and include a description of the issue. Photographs may be requested where relevant.
Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
10. Refunds
Where a refund is required, it will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase unless otherwise agreed.
Refunds will be processed according to applicable Danish and EU consumer law.
11. Incorrect Addresses and Unclaimed Parcels
Please ensure that your delivery address is correct when placing your order.
If a parcel is returned because an incorrect address was provided or because it was not collected, please contact me to arrange the next steps.
Additional shipping costs may apply if the parcel needs to be sent again.
12. Intellectual Property
All artwork, illustrations, photographs, books, designs, logos and other creative content created by Georgia Brask / Mr Mouse Design are protected by copyright and applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, copy, modify, distribute, sell or commercially use any creative content without prior written permission.
13. Personal Information
Personal information provided when placing an order is processed in accordance with the Mr Mouse Design Privacy Policy.

14. Complaints
If you experience a problem with your order, please contact me first so I can help resolve the issue.
I will always aim to handle complaints fairly and as quickly as possible.
Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
15. Changes to These Terms & Conditions
Mr Mouse Design reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions when necessary, for example due to changes in the shop, products or applicable legislation.
The version applicable to your purchase is the version available at the time you place your order.
16. Applicable Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by Danish law.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits any mandatory consumer rights that apply under Danish or EU law.
