Right of Withdrawal
When purchasing products online as a consumer within Denmark or the European Union, you generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal.
The withdrawal period begins on the day you receive your order.
If you wish to return your purchase, please contact me clearly in writing within 14 days of receiving your order.
After notifying me that you wish to withdraw from the purchase, you must return the product within 14 days.
Condition of Returned Items
You are responsible for handling the product with reasonable care.
The product should be returned in the same condition as received. You may inspect the product in the same way you would in a physical shop, but you may be responsible for any reduction in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to assess the product.
Please include your order number or other proof of purchase when returning an item.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, I will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued using the original payment method.
Refunds will include the cost of standard delivery to you where required by applicable consumer law. Return shipping costs are generally the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or otherwise agreed.
Damaged or Defective Products
If your order arrives damaged or you believe there is a defect with your product, please contact me as soon as possible at:

I will work with you to find an appropriate solution in accordance with Danish consumer law.
Exceptions
The right of withdrawal does not apply to certain products where an exception is provided by Danish and EU consumer law.
This may include personalised products or items made specifically according to your individual specifications.
If an exception applies, this will be clearly stated before purchase.
